Tired of punching in menu options?
Fed up of computerized phone systems with which you spend precious time inputing all your personal information and following endless menus? American Airlines is the pioneer in improving these automated phone systems for its customers. Its adding new features to make its system more efficient and less tiresome for callers. New features include an option for the system to remember all your information so you don't have to input it again, another is that if you make another call within 20 minutes it'll remember the phone number you called in for previously.
