Riverbed Technology is in the business of doing business better, and most importantly - faster! They test and supply WAN optimization products to help applications keep up with the desired speed of networking - the speed of light.
They started by redesigning Microsoft - backwards. They claim that this was relatively easy, being Microsoft is so inefficient. They also claim that their upgrades improve efficiency and speed by anywhere from 60-70%!
With the further expansion of the global marketplace, as well as an increasing lack of patience, this seems like the almost perfect business to be in!
