Free Mobile Service Set To Take Off

A new mobile service called Blyk, offer subscribers free calls and text messages in return for their agreeing to accept advertising on their phones. Blyk is consider the most competitive and technologically mobile markets that will targeting a new market nitch, the young kids age 16-24 years old.. Network operators, Internet companies, advertising agencies, technology start-ups and phone manufacturers are interested because this mobile advertising is estimating about $1 billion dollars in revenue worldwide this year and expected to grow $19 billion in the next five years.

The objectives of mobile marketing is to increase brand awareness and loyalty, and to encourage consumers to building a database of users that the brand or business can then market to on the mobile phone. With more mobile phone subscribers than there are landline subscribers, mobile marketing is considered as hot demand in the industry. MySpace, the social networking web site is launching a free, advertising-supported cell phone to attract advertising for mobile Web sites. Screen text is an innovative mobile application that allows consumers to send a text message to a short code that will displayed on screen. It allows the ability to interact with each other and fun way that creates buzz and excitement. This technology is being used for things social events like Happy Birthday, comments, jokes, or other things that people want portrayed on screen. Ads will drive the Web onto the cell devices faster than any other mechanism. Cells will become just another device tapping into the Web. Another strategy is to advertise through mobile sweepstakes text. End-users will send a text message to enter to win a prize, and will be charged a small fee for entering.
