I have had some trouble finding a lot of information on this technology, but from what I have read, it may change the world of propulsion and perpetually delete the need for combustion engines. EEStor, a company out of Austin, TX is on the verge of creating, producing and marketing an electric capacitor called a "supercapacitor" capable of creating as much power as a sports car (generalized statement), and doing so without creating any emissions. And the cool thing? If you can create your own energy (riding a bike creates energy), you can recharge your car without ever needing to go to a pump station. Just read about it...and keep an eye on the company...I know I would love to be a part of the team.
