Parents the winner in Leopard, Vista showdown

It's good to hear that both software giants are protecting kids in this uncontrolable internet age. The online predators are the main concern for me as well as online pornography. I do not want my under age kids to watch any of those. I do agree with this article that parents are the decision makers for computer operating system because of parental control features.
