Google to enter clean-energy business

The effort dubbed RE C (shorthand for "renewable energy less than coal"), calls for Google to invest in companies developing clean-energy technologies and for Google itself to next year invest tens of millions in research and development in renewable energy. The investment will be carried out by a philanthropistic division on the company with two billion in assets. Their main objectives seem to be to move away from coal produced power at a rapider rate than other current green projects. Solar power is a major focus of their attention......have a look
