WiMax

Okay...so the WiMax caught my eye, but something in the article's comment really made me think...

...it says that it's bringing internet to places that don't have the internet??? Is this true...?? Are they talking about rural places of Missouri, or 3rd world countries?? Places without the internet. I can't imagine such a place. hmmm...
