Dongmei Li of Queens, New York has filed a lawsuit against Apple and AT&T on September 24 with the U.S. District Court in New York for .........$1 Million....yes you heard right, $1 Million dollars. She claims that Apple violated price discrimination laws and that she has suffered "damages" to the price slashing of the apple iPhone because she would not be able to sell for a profit compared to those who bought the iPhone after the price reduction. Her lawsuit against AT&T is because she thinks they practice unfair business practices for having sign up for a two year contract.

Honestly, I personally think this person is obviously trying to make a buck out of a dime. These days in the U.S. it seems as though our justice system is just totally being stomped upon by people filing lawsuits for retarded things! Like that person who sued McDonald's for getting them fat! And this lady, man, $1 Million for damages! What damages??!!?? Yes Apple slashing prices was shocking, but suing for this much money because you can't resell for a profit! BLAH! and she sooooooo knew what she was getting herself into when she signed up with AT&T. Its just so ridiculous! But I wouldn't be surprised if she won.
