This article talks about using a GPS tracking device to fight a speeding ticket in court. A retired sheriff deputy is encouraging his step son to fight a ticket he got for supposedly speeding, only the GPS tracker told a different story. The cop cited the boy for going 62 in a 45 mph zone. By checking the logs recorded, it proved otherwise. How it works is that you install it in your car and using a software that is provided by the supplier, you can see exactly how fast you were going and when. It records your speed every 30 seconds or so. Many are skeptical about using it to fight a speeding ticket, but what do you think? I say... WHY NOT? Cops seem to think they have the right to be right all the time even when they are wrong. So how good would that feel to know that they can't bully us around cause we got PROOF!?!?

From my personal experience, I can say that hiring a lawyer is the best way to fight a speeding ticket. I actually got rid of a ticket for speeding with the help of a great and professional lawyer from http://www.nopointstraffictickets.com. I was very pleased with his services and I highly recommend him!
